Impersonation and multiple voting
212 Impersonation and multiple voting
(1) A person must not-- (a)
impersonate any elector for the purpose of voting at any election, or
(b)
vote more than once at any election.
: Maximum penalty--200 penalty units or
imprisonment for 3 years, or both.
(2) An offence under this section is an
indictable offence.
