9 Key learning areas for secondary education (Years 7 to 10)

For the purposes of this Act, each of the following is a key learning area for secondary education in Years 7 to 10:

- English,

- Mathematics,

- Science,

- Human Society and its Environment,

- Languages other than English,

- Technological and Applied Studies,

- Creative Arts,

- Personal Development, Health and Physical Education.
