(1) If the Tribunal, in determining an
application for an administrative review of a decision of the Authority not to
accredit a non-government school (or to grant accreditation different from
that applied for), recommends to the Minister that the Minister accredit the
school, the Minister is--
(2) The Minister may accredit the school if the
Minister, having considered the reasons for the Authority's decision and the
reasons for the recommendation of the Tribunal, is satisfied that the school
will comply with the requirements of this Act relating to the courses of study
to be undertaken by candidates for the recognised certificate concerned.
