Notice to the Minister of conscientious objection75 Notice to the Minister of conscientious objection
A person who--
(a) proposes to establish a new non-government school, or
(b) is the proprietor of a registered non-government school, or
(c) being a parent of a child, wishes the child to receive home schooling,may give the Minister written notice that the person conscientiously objects on religious grounds to registration under this Act.
