Returns by schools
(1) The approved authority for a system of non-government schools, or the
proprietor or principal of a registered non-government school that is not a
member of such a system, is to provide returns to the Authority concerning the
requirements for registration in relation to the school in a form (and at the
times) approved by the Authority for the purpose. : Maximum penalty--5 penalty
units.
(2) The approved form may require that the matters included in any
such return are certified.
