New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsTwenty or more registered or proposed non-government schools (or a number less than 20 but greater than 10 as the Minister approves in special circumstances on the recommendation of the Board) may form a system of non-government schools for the purposes of this Act.
