Rules of associations and district councils
117 Rules of associations and district councils
(1) Each association and
district council may, subject to this Act and the regulations, make rules for
the conduct of its business and affairs, but those rules are not operative
unless (nor until such time as) they are approved by the Minister.
(2) Any of
a set of standard or model rules published by the Minister in the Education
Gazette and adopted by an association or district council are to be taken to
have been approved by the Minister for the purposes of subsection (1) and take
effect on their adoption.
