EDUCATION ACT 1990 - SECT 101
President of the Board
101 President of the Board
(1) The Governor may appoint a President of the Board.
(2) The President is
to be appointed on a full-time basis.
(3) The employment of the President is
subject to Part 2A of the Public Sector Management Act 1988 , but is not
subject to Part 2 of that Act.
