New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA dental technician who carries out technical work is guilty of an offence unless that technical work:
(a) is carried out on the written order, in or to the effect of a form prescribed under the Dental Practice Act 2001 , of a dentist, or
(b) comprises work involved in the practice of dental prosthetics and the dental technician:(i) is a dental prosthetist, or(ii) carries out the work on the written order, in or to the effect of the form prescribed for the purposes of this subparagraph, of a dental prosthetist.
