New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA person who wilfully makes or causes to be made any false entry in or falsification of the register or index and a person who wilfully procures or attempts to procure himself or herself or any other person to be registered or to be granted a practising certificate under this Act by the making or producing, or causing to be made or produced, any false or fraudulent representation or declaration, either verbally or in writing, or a person assisting therein, is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to be imprisoned for a period not exceeding twelve months.
