Restrictions on registration of deregistered persons
29 Restrictions on registration of deregistered persons
(1) A person cannot apply for registration as a dental auxiliary (and any such
application must be rejected) if: (a) the person’s registration as a dental
auxiliary is cancelled pursuant to an order of the Chairperson or a Deputy
Chairperson, the Tribunal or the Supreme Court, or
(b) the Chairperson or a
Deputy Chairperson, the Tribunal or the Supreme Court orders that the person
not be re-registered.
(2) The only way such a person can again be registered
is on a review under Division 3 of Part 7 of the order by which the person’s
registration was cancelled.
