New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsOn the determination of proceedings before the District Court or the Supreme Court for an offence with respect to a prohibited plant or prohibited drug which has not been destroyed, the District Court or the Supreme Court, as the case requires, may make such order with respect to the retention, forfeiture, destruction or other disposal of the prohibited plant or prohibited drug as it thinks fit.
