New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA term of imprisonment imposed on a person by a court of summary jurisdiction in respect of the non-payment of a fine for an offence against any of the provisions of this Act may be ordered to commence at the expiration of any term of imprisonment imposed on that person for the same offence in addition to the fine.
