14 Review and remake of plans
(1) A public authority must review its disability inclusion action plan before
the end of each 4-year period after the day the authority is required to
prepare and make the disability inclusion action plan . (2) The purpose of the
review is to ensure the disability inclusion action plan fulfils the
requirements of section 12 (1) and (3). (3) In reviewing its
disability inclusion action plan , the public authority must consult with
people with disability and have regard to any guidelines issued under
section 9. (4) Within 12 months after the completion of the review, and
having taken into account the recommendations made in the review, the
public authority must remake the disability inclusion action plan , with or
without variations. (5) Section 12 applies to the remaking of the
disability inclusion action plan in the same way it applies to the making of
the disability inclusion action plan .
