New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIn any proceedings in any court or before any persons having by law or consent of parties authority to hear, receive and examine evidence, a certificate purporting to be signed by the Director-General of the Food Authority certifying that a person has been appointed as the delegate of the Food Authority for the purposes of this Act and specifying what functions of the Food Authority were delegated to the person and the period during which the person was a delegate is prima facie evidence of the facts stated in it.
