Proceedings for offences
56 Proceedings for offences
(1) Proceedings for offences against this Act or the regulations are to be
dealt with summarily before the Local Court.
(2) Any court before which a
person is convicted of an offence against this Act or the regulations must
cause particulars of the conviction to be forwarded to the Authority.
