DRIVING INSTRUCTORS ACT 1992 - SECT 47

47 Driving schools to keep records

(1) The proprietor of a driving school must keep or cause to be kept such records relating to the operation of the driving school as may be prescribed by the regulations.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

(2) The Authority may, by notice in writing to the proprietor of a driving school, exempt that proprietor from the requirement to keep records, and may in the same way withdraw that exemption.
