DRIVING INSTRUCTORS ACT 1992 - SECT 25

25 Tests or certificates during currency of licence

(1) The Authority may at any time during the currency of a licence require its holder to submit to any tests of the kind referred to in section 15 or to obtain any medical or other certificate referred to in section 16.

(2) Requirements under this section are to be made only as often as the Authority considers necessary in the public interest.
