New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Authority may require the applicant to submit to a test of any one or more of the following:
(a) the applicant’s competence as a driver of motor vehicles (or of motor vehicles of the relevant class),
(b) the applicant’s knowledge of the provisions of the road transport legislation within the meaning of the Road Transport (General) Act 2005 that relate to drivers of motor vehicles and the driving of motor vehicles,
(c) the applicant’s knowledge of the provisions of this Act and of the regulations made under it,
(d) the applicant’s ability to teach persons to drive motor vehicles (or motor vehicles of the relevant class),
(e) such other matters as may be prescribed by the regulations.
