Referral of application to Commissioner of Police
12 Referral of application to Commissioner of Police
(1) The Authority must, as soon as practicable after receiving an application
for a licence, notify the Commissioner of Police of the application.
(2) The
Authority is not obliged to notify the Commissioner of Police of an
application for the renewal of a licence.
