62 Proof of appointments and signatures unnecessary
(1) For the purposes of this Act, it is not necessary to prove the appointment
of an authorised officer.
(2) For the purposes of this Act, a signature
purporting to be the signature of an authorised officer is evidence of the
signature it purports to be.
