DUST DISEASES TRIBUNAL ACT 1989 - SECT 7B
Acting President
(1) The Governor may, by commission under the public seal of the State,
appoint a member to be Acting President during such period as the President
may be absent from his or her duties.
(2) While holding office, the Acting
President is to have the same functions as the President.
