"designated insurer" means a designated insurer referred to in section 151AC
of the Workers Compensation Act 1987 .
"inter-insurer dispute" means a dispute referred to in section 151AC of the
Workers Compensation Act 1987 , whether or not persons who are not insurers
are involved.
