(1) A registrar and such other officers as are necessary for the proper
administration of this Act are to be appointed under Part 2 of the
Public Sector Management Act 1988 .
(2) Arrangements may be made for the use
by the Drug Court of the services of any staff (by secondment or otherwise) or
facilities of a Government department.
