Preparation and service of written notice of compulsory drug treatment order
(1) As soon as practicable after making a compulsory drug treatment order, the
Drug Court must cause written notice of the order to be given to the
eligible convicted offender and to the Commissioner of Corrective Services.
(2) A compulsory drug treatment order is not invalidated by a failure to
comply with this section.
