18 Application of criminal procedure legislation
(1) The provisions of Division 3 of Part 3 of the
Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Act 1999 that enable the Drug Court, when
sentencing a person, to take other offences into account in imposing a penalty
on the person do not enable the Drug Court to take into account any offence of
the kind referred to in section 5 (2) of this Act.
(2) The provisions of
Chapter 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act 1986 are subject to such
modifications (if any) as are prescribed by the regulations under this Act.
