(3) The Governor may,
at the Governor's discretion, by proclamation, specify an address or a place
at which the principal registry for a proclaimed place shall be deemed to be
situated, and that principal registry shall, for the purposes of subsection
(1), be deemed to be situated at the address or place so specified,
notwithstanding that it may be situated elsewhere.
