203 Power to refer allegation etc of contempt to Supreme Court
(1) Without prejudice to the powers of the District Court under section 199,
where it is alleged, or appears to the District Court on its own view, that a
person is guilty of contempt of court, whether committed in the face or
hearing of the District Court or not, the District Court may refer the matter
to the Supreme Court for determination.
(2) On any matter being referred to
the Supreme Court under subsection (1), the Supreme Court shall dispose of the
matter in such manner as it considers appropriate.
