Appeal after jury trial
127A Appeal after jury trial
(1) Where, in any proceedings in the Court, there is a trial of the
proceedings or of any issue in the proceedings with a jury, an application
for-- (a) the setting aside of a verdict or judgment, or
(b) a new trial, or
(c) the alteration of a verdict by increasing or reducing any amount of debt,
damages or other money,
shall be by appeal to the Supreme Court.
(2) An
appeal under this section lies as of right.
