Name of Act, citation and commencement
1 Name of Act, citation and commencement
(1) This Act may be cited as the Decimal Currency Act 1965 .
(2) This Act,
sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 11 excepted, shall commence upon the day upon
which it receives the Royal assent.
(3) Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 11
shall commence upon the appointed day.
