Domicile Act 1979 No 118. Assented to 19.10.1979. Date of commencement, secs 1 and 2 excepted, 1.7.1982, sec 2 (2) and GG No 85 of 25.6.1982, p 2826. This Act has been amended as follows:

1996 No 121 Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No 2) 1996. Assented to 3.12.1996.
Date of commencement of Sch 3, 3 months after assent, sec 2 (3).
