New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf an agreement with or on behalf of a Minister of another State is in force, the Director-General may make an arrangement with that Minister, with a person authorised by that Minister or with another person as provided in the agreement, for the transfer of a particular young offender:
(a) from New South Wales to the other State, or
(b) to New South Wales from the other State,and may make a further arrangement with that Minister or such a person for the purpose of rectifying any error in such an arrangement.
