18 Revocation of transfer order by Director-General

(1) The Director-General may revoke a transfer order at any time before the young offender is delivered in the receiving State into the custody specified in the arrangement concerned.

(2) Where, under this section, the Director-General revokes a transfer order, the Director-General may make a further arrangement with the receiving State for the return of the young offender to New South Wales.
