10 Transfer to New South Wales in custody of escort

If, under an arrangement for the transfer of a young offender to New South Wales, an escort authorised under the arrangement brings the young offender into New South Wales, the escort, while in New South Wales, is authorised to take and keep custody of the young offender for the purpose of transferring the young offender to the place in New South Wales and to the custody specified in the arrangement.
