New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Committee shall have full and complete power and shall be deemed to have had such power from the date of the passing of the Principal Act in the name of the Chairman from time to time on behalf of and for the purposes of the Club to grant or make any lease in possession for any term not exceeding five years and/or to create any weekly or monthly tenancy of any part of the lands tenements and hereditaments real or person of the Club not required for the purposes of the Club at such rental and upon such conditions as the Committee in its discretion shall deem fit.
