Appointment of members
7 Appointment of members
(1) The members are to be appointed by the Governor under this section.
(2) A
member appointed under this section may be appointed on a full-time basis or a
part-time basis.
(3) This section does not apply to the Deputy Chairperson
(Registry and Administration).
