Original decision to operate unless otherwise ordered
69 Original decision to operate unless otherwise ordered
(1) Lodgment of an appeal or application for a rehearing under this Part does
not affect the operation of the decision the subject of the appeal or
application or prevent the taking of action to implement the decision, except
as provided by any other Act or as otherwise ordered under this section.
(2)
An order staying the operation of a decision the subject of an appeal or
application under this Part may be made: (a) by the District Court in
connection with an appeal under section 67, or
(b) by the Chairperson in
connection with an application under section 68.
