CONSUMER, TRADER AND TENANCY TRIBUNAL ACT 2001 - SECT 10
Divisions and sittings of Tribunal
(1) The Tribunal comprises the Divisions specified in clause 1 of Schedule 1
and is to exercise its functions in accordance with that Schedule.
(2) The
regulations may amend clause 1 of Schedule 1.
(3) More than one sitting of
the Tribunal, or of any Division, may be held at the same time.
