(1) Nothing in any provision of this Act affects any proceedings relating to a
trust that were commenced in the Court before the commencement of the
provision concerned.
(2) Despite subsection (1), the Court may make a
referral under section 13 (2) of a matter in relation to proceedings relating
to a trust that were commenced in the Court before 15 April 1994 (the date of
commencement of this Act) as well as in relation to proceedings commenced
after that date.
