14 Restrictions on power of Attorney General to establish schemes
(1) The Attorney General is not to establish a scheme under this Part if: (a)
the value of the trust property affected by the scheme exceeds $500,000 or, if
another amount is prescribed by the regulations, that other amount, or
(b)
the Attorney General is satisfied that the subject matter is, because of its
contentious character or any special question of law or fact or for other
reasons, more fit to be dealt with by the Court.
(2) This section does not
apply to the establishment of a scheme in accordance with a referral from the
Court.
