New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIt is a condition of the provision of funds under the community welfare legislation and any program administered by the Minister for Community Services within the Department of Community Services, or the Minister for Aged Services or the Minister for Disability Services within the Ageing and Disability Department, that the recipient of the funds must make such arrangements for their expenditure as are necessary to facilitate the resolution of complaints at a local level.
