Advisory committees
41 Advisory committees
(1) The Ombudsman may establish advisory committees for the purpose of
assisting the Ombudsman in the exercise of functions under this Part.
(2) The
composition and terms of appointment of any such committee are to be as
determined by the Ombudsman.
