CHILDREN (COMMUNITY SERVICE ORDERS) ACT 1987 - SECT 16

16 Assignment of officer by Director-General

(1) On receipt of a copy of a children’s community service order sent to the Director-General in accordance with section 12 (2) of this Act or section 85 (3) of the Fines Act 1996 , the Director-General shall assign an officer, or, where the regulations so provide, a person other than an officer, in respect of the administration of the order.
