COMBAT SPORTS ACT 2013 - SECT 42
Conditions of permit
42 Conditions of permit
(1) The Authority may, on granting a permit to hold a combat sport contest or
at any time before the contest, impose conditions on the permit.
(2) The
regulations may impose conditions on a permit granted to a promoter or a class
of promoters.
(3) The Authority may at any time revoke a condition or vary a
condition of a permit (other than a condition imposed by the regulations).
