COMPETITION POLICY REFORM (NEW SOUTH WALES) ACT 1995 - SECT 42

42 Section 51 exceptions

(1) This section applies (in addition to section 51 (1) of the Code) to conduct taking place before the end of 3 years after the date on which the Competition Policy Reform Act 1995 of the Commonwealth received the Royal Assent.

(2) In deciding whether a person has contravened Part IV of the Code, a particular thing is to be disregarded if (and to the same extent) it is to be disregarded for the purposes of the Trade Practices Act because of section 33 of the Competition Policy Reform Act 1995 of the Commonwealth.
