Competition Policy Reform (New South Wales) Act 1995 No 8. Assented to 9.6.1995. Date of commencement of Parts 1 and 7, assent, sec 2 (1); date of commencement of the remainder provisions, the first day after the end of the period of 12 months after the day on which the Competition Policy Reform Act 1995 of the Commonwealth received the Royal Assent (Royal Assent: 20.7.1995), but, if the commencement of those provisions is postponed, they commence on the day to which their commencement has been postponed (or the later or latest of those days, sec 2 (2)). This Act has been amended as follows:

1995 No 99 Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No 2) 1995. Assented to 21.12.1995.
Date of commencement of the provisions of Sch 2 relating to the Competition Policy Reform (New South Wales) Act 1995, assent, sec 2 (2).
1999 No 22 Federal Courts (State Jurisdiction) Act 1999. Assented to 6.7.1999.
