Notices to be given when orders made for persons to comply with reporting obligations
4A Notices to be given when orders made for persons to comply with reporting
obligations
(1) As soon as practicable after a court makes an order under section 3E, 3F
or 3G, the court is to give written notice to the person the subject of the
order of: (a) the person’s reporting obligations, and
(b) the consequences
that may arise if the person fails to comply with those obligations.
(2) As
soon as practicable after such an order is made, the court is to give written
notice of that fact to: (a) the Commissioner of Police, and
(b) the
supervising authority (if any) for the person.
(3) The regulations may make
provision for or with respect to the manner and form in which written notice
must be given under this section.
