CHILD PROTECTION (OFFENDERS REGISTRATION) ACT 2000 - SECT 14C
Extended reporting period if registrable person still on parole
(1) This section applies if: (a) a registrable person is on parole, or is an
existing licensee, in respect of a registrable offence, and
(b) the
reporting period in respect of the offence will end before the expiry of the
sentence of imprisonment to which the parole or licence relates.
(2) Despite
anything to the contrary in this Division, the reporting period is extended
until the expiry of the term of imprisonment to which the parole or existing
licence relates.
