An application may be made by the Commissioner of Police to the Local Court for an order under this Part prohibiting a registrable person from engaging in specified conduct.
Note : Part 4 of the Local Court Act 2007 sets out the procedures for the making and hearing of applications and confers rights to appeal against the granting of prohibition orders.
