CHILD PROTECTION (OFFENDERS PROHIBITION ORDERS) ACT 2004 - SECT 13
Contravention of orders
13 Contravention of orders
(1) A person who is subject to a prohibition order must not, without
reasonable excuse, contravene the prohibition order. Maximum penalty: 100
penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years, or both.
(2) A police officer may,
without a warrant, arrest a person if the police officer suspects on
reasonable grounds that the person has committed an offence under this
section.
